Terms & Quote Disclaimer

These terms apply to website inquiries, quote requests, and preliminary project discussions with HYC Print & Packaging.

Quotes

Website requests are not binding orders. Pricing, minimum quantities, lead times, materials, finishes, shipping, duties, and availability must be confirmed in a written quote.

Proof Approval

Production begins only after required proofs, artwork, dielines, specifications, and order details are approved. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, size, color notes, barcode/QR code readability, and legal or regulatory content before approval.

Color and Material Variation

Printed color can vary by material, coating, lighting, screen display, print method, and production batch. CMYK, Pantone, and spot-color matching requests should be confirmed before production.

Lead Times and Shipping

Production and delivery estimates depend on proof approval, order complexity, material availability, quantity, finishing, customs, carrier performance, and shipping method. Dates are estimates unless specifically agreed in writing.

Customer Artwork

By submitting artwork, customers confirm they have the right to use the submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
